  1. "You Must Love Me" by Jay-Z....It's about how he sold crack to his mom, and shot his brother, but they still loved him unconditionally. The true love of a family

  2. oh yeah, one more. "T.R.O.Y." by Pete Rock and CL Smooth. He's reminiscing about his whole family all as a result of one of them passing away

  4. I think of Tears in Heaven too. It reminds me of my grandpa. It makes me really sad though, I usually cry and get embarrassed in public and such. And Cats in the Cradle reminds me of my brother and father's relationship. Daniel reminds me of my brother because his name is that! Although the lyrics aren't relevant to him and our life it's hard not to think of him because of the name.

Father of Mine by Everclear, I remember listening to that as a kid too. And I always thought of Forever Young by Rod Stewart. My mom would jump on her bed with me and sing it to me when I was little when she heard it on the wildlife commercials with the mom and baby animals. All I can remember now though is the elephants. Ha.:)
